Yes. Our room is in Sheridan, but we travel across the Mountain West and beyond. Most engagements run on site with your team, and the quarterly reviews can be held at your location or at the table in Sheridan, whichever suits the group better.

The core week is five working days at the table. Reconnaissance and ground survey happen before it, and the quarterly reviews begin about three months after handover. Most clients stay in the review rhythm for a year or more because that is where the route keeps its value.

It is an actual table. We shape ridges in sand, run string between numbered flags and stand the dividers on the surface. The model belongs to the whole room at once, which is exactly why it works better than a spreadsheet that only its author can read.
